Neuroimaging biomarkers
A critical thing of biomedical exploration is to establish pointers of announcement during the preclinical stage (i.e. biomarkers) allowing for early opinion and intervention. These biomarkers are quantifiable characteristics of natural processes related to Alzheimer’s Disease that are linked to clinical endpoints and therefore can be used as surrogates for the Disease process. Over the last decade, multitudinous advances have been made in developing biomarkers for announcement using neuroimaging approaches.
